Just like Gossip Girl 5x25, this outfit was a no brainer. I wanted to restrict the color palette and nautically tied. Nothing says fun than a loose pleated skirt.
After Stripey Affair -OOTD , I wanted to do another one wearing a stripey tee, I have worn this top over 1000 times. I love having pieces which show up differently every-time I wear. It goes well with blazers, shorts, jeans, or skirts like in this post......
