Fall Chic Outfit+ Video

Hii guys!
How have you all been?
I am blogging after a long, long and a long time. I was busy with my exams (hope I do well >_<) and now its finally over and I am back with my blogging routine.

So today instead of a normal outfit picture posts, I have done a video about it. I am not really new to doing videos for my blog, I have done one in the past about DIY Belle Noel Hair Chains and you guys supported me real good, and that is why I loved the idea of showing more videos and DIY's.

Most of the time, you will see me in jeans, a top and co-ordinated handbag and accessories. I dress up but most of the time its always on the lines of Casual-Chic! And I call my daily style Casual-Chic because it is effortless and easy, no nonsense and its so quick that I am out of the house in 20 minutes flat!

For this season, I have stocked my basic essentials, that is studs, jewel tones, blacks and off-white and basically anything on the radar which catches my eye.
This particular t shirt is switching between my mom, my sister and me, We all LOVE it! The jeans are mint green and goes well with idea of mixing your summer essentials with fall trends.

T shirt with studded detail - ZARA, mint green jeans, floral print handbag - snapdeal, turquoise blue shoes - fashion&you.com, bracelet - singapore.

That is it from me, I will be back, with hopefully another video. See you soon over here!

C'est fini!

Engaged in Blue

I love pairing different shades of blue together, turquoise blue + cobalt blue happens to be my favorite, well it does look good together.

Moving on, peplums are a seasons favorite style-trend, You see it everywhere, in dresses, skirts, tops, jackets, shrugs etc etc!
This Peplum top, is such a finder's keeper for me, it was wrinkled, folded and no girl thought of even looking at this thing. I was the one who saved the poor child from its state (Although I did fight with the store manager to give me a new piece.) even when the size (it was medium, and I am a size small) runs a little big.

And to tell you a funny story, in-order to save time I did this photo-shoot, before going to an event, in my building lobby (which you must have already seen several times by now) and these crazy high school kids, the mail guy, the building manager were giving me a hard time to click pictures. I get a little uncomfortable when someone watches me and definitely when they watch us fashion bloggers posing for our accessories and handbags and etc etc (imagine asking your friend to click a picture in a public place of your ears to show your ear rings , yes, exactly!)

Thus I always click pictures either early morning, mid-afternoon or late night, peace!

Enjoy the pictures :)

my fav picture!

And lastly create your very own peplum top, using items available in youR closet. If you want to know more then click on this link - How to : Peplum. I had written this post a while back and its super easy and super chic.

And FINALLY I was featured on Mumbaimag.com, read the article What is Mumbai Wearing? here.
You can see me & other great fashion bloggers and read about them too :), yaaayyyyy us!

Blue magic.

I admit that I do edit my pictures, nothing too fancy -changing the exposure, straightening, contrast, adding textures and stuff like that. But I swear I did not edit these set of pictures. Either my camera is miraculously capturing amazing pictures or the world wants me to have better lighting. Either ways I am not complaining, please keep doing this!

On another note, My sister who happens to be elder (that doesn't mean you get an upperhand in everything) thinks that I overdress all the time but in the blogging world I am just dressing up for casual-chic and pretty much dressed but definitely not over-dressed!

Enjoy the pictures :)

dress- sister's/esprit, bag - asos.com, shoes- Fny.com, stacked bracelets- assorted, dainty necklace - accessorize.
on my hair - loreal's spiral splendour.
on my lips - chambor - truly sunset lipstick.
See, how easy breezy my outfit was. I love using monochromatic colors in an outfit, because it is pleasing to your eyes and they look right. I love adding textures too, like adding a navy blue scarf (matching the dress color) in silk to give a visual effect, but the weather wasn't conducive, so never mind and one of my favorite example is wearing a pearl necklace on a beige  off-white blouse, so pretty!

And lastly, how fascinating Euro League is? I think having having two favorite teams is ok? Mine are Germany and England.

C'est fini,
xoxox.
